Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Have all original tags, pouches, or boxes included

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings

  • Hats

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days] after your return is processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kawehisjewelry@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
